Submit Your Project

The ACC shall review the submitted package to ensure that all the required documentation iscomplete.

Board Deliberation 

If the BOD has any additional questions, or needs any additional information, they may work directly with the homeowner through the ACC to get the needed information.

Results 

Upon final decision, the BOD will contact the homeowner to inform them whether their request has been approved or denied. This notification must be provided electronically (email) or through Regular Meeting Minutes.
